Refund and Cancellation Policy

Project-Based Services

  • Cancellation before project initiation: 100% refund minus admin/processing fee

  • Cancellation after work begins: Refunds (if any) are at our discretion, depending on work completed

  • Completed deliverables are non-refundable

Subscription / Recurring Plans

  • You may cancel any recurring mandate by email (support@skyfish.dev) or through your UPI app / Razorpay portal. We process cancellations within 3 working days. No further debits occur after confirmation.

  • Erroneous or duplicate charges are refunded within 7-10 working days.

Exceptions

Custom code, creative assets, and third-party licences already purchased for your project are non-refundable.
