Refund and Cancellation Policy

At SkyFish Private Limited (“we,” “our,” “us”), we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services, including web design, hosting, website maintenance, social media content creation, digital marketing, and SaaS software solutions. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the circumstances under which payments made to us may be refunded.

1. General Policy

  • All projects and services begin only after mutual agreement on scope, deliverables, and timelines.

  • Payments made for customized services (such as web design, hosting, social media management, or digital marketing campaigns) are non-refundable once work has commenced, due to the nature of service-based deliverables.

  • Payments for SaaS software subscriptions are non-refundable once the subscription term has started, except in cases of proven technical failure where we are unable to provide access.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

A refund may be issued in the following situations:

  • Duplicate payment made in error.

  • Payment made but the project/service has not yet commenced.

  • Technical or operational error on our part that prevents service delivery, and no acceptable alternative is possible.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Domain name registrations, hosting services, and third-party tools purchased on your behalf.

  • Partially completed projects where a portion of the work has been delivered.

  • Digital marketing campaigns that have already been executed or scheduled with third-party platforms.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Requests for cancellation must be made in writing via email to [your official email address].

  • If the cancellation request is received before work has commenced, a full refund will be issued (minus any third-party costs already incurred).

  • If the cancellation request is received after work has commenced, the refund (if any) will be prorated based on work completed and expenses incurred.

5. Refund Process & Timelines

  • All eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.

  • In the case of payments made via Cashfree or other payment gateways, processing times may be subject to the respective payment provider’s policies.
