Welcome to SkyFish Private Limited (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using our website skyfish.dev and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Use of our website or services signifies acceptance of these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines we may publish. We may update the Terms from time to time, posting the revised version on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

SkyFish Private Limited offers digital services including, but not limited to:

  • SEO & digital marketing

  • Content creation & video editing

  • Web hosting, updates & maintenance
    Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are detailed in project proposals or agreements.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information when engaging our services

  • Comply with applicable laws and avoid misuse of our website/services

  • Maintain confidentiality of any login credentials

4. Intellectual Property

All site content, designs, code, and materials produced by us remain our property unless explicitly transferred by written agreement. Clients receive a limited licence to use deliverables for agreed purposes.

5. Payment & Billing

All payments must follow our Payment Terms (linked). Late or failed payments may result in suspension of services.

6. Recurring Payments & UPI AutoPay

By opting into recurring billing, you authorise SkyFish Private Limited and our payment partner Razorpay to automatically debit the authorised amount from your selected instrument (UPI, card, net banking) at the stated frequency (e.g., monthly) until cancelled.

  • Mandate details (amount, frequency) are shown at checkout and in your UPI app.

  • You may pause/cancel the mandate any time via your UPI app, Razorpay’s mandate portal, or by emailing support@skyfish.dev. Requests to us are processed within 3 working days.

  • Failed debits may be retried within X days; persistent failure may pause services.

  • Refunds for duplicate/erroneous debits are processed within 7-10 working days.

7. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided “as-is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or business.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SkyFish Private Limited, its employees, and partners from any claims or liabilities arising from your use of our services.

9. Third-Party Links

Links to other sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delhi, India, with exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
